RETURNS AND REFUNDS
The right of withdrawal is valid for 14 days from receipt of the goods. If 14 days have passed since we received the goods, unfortunately we cannot offer you any refund or exchange.
This right is reserved for natural persons, therefore retailers or those who have entered a VAT number during the purchase phase are excluded.
In order to be eligible for return, the products you send back to us must arrive intact and in their original packaging, the packages must not be opened, damaged or altered in any way. Attention, since these are foodstuffs, from the moment of receipt they must be stored correctly as they risk deteriorating or spoiling rapidly. If the products, even if the packaging remains intact, undergo alterations and deterioration, it will not be possible to exercise the right of withdrawal and request a return.
The shipping and return costs of the returned products are borne by the buyer, who will take all precautions to ensure that the products reach us undamaged or altered in any way.
To exercise the right of withdrawal and request a return it is necessary to send us a registered letter with return receipt within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods, attaching to the request a receipt or proof of purchase and indicating the order number, the date of the order, the products or the product for which you intend to request a return.

Agr. ARL - Via Ardeatina n. 1895, 00134 Rome RM Italy, within the following 48 (forty-eight) hours. The stamp affixed by the post office on the issued receipt will act as proof between the parties.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an email to notify you of receipt of the item(s) and will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.
If your request is approved, the refund will be processed and the refund amount including any shipping costs paid at the time of purchase (not return costs) will be credited to your card or original payment method, within 30 days from notification of reimbursement confirmation.
Late or outstanding refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company; It may take some time for the refund to be formally posted.
Then contact your bank. There is often a processing time involved when registering a refund.

Sale or discounted items (if applicable)
Only full priced items can be refunded. Unfortunately, it is not possible to receive a refund for items on sale or to which a discount has been applied.

Shipping costs for returning the item will be your responsibility. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, return shipping costs will not be included in the refund.
